The owner and the bartenders are very personable and professional and treat you like you are a part of their own family. The karaoke host Pete the hat is awesome he gets people up to sing often and does not overdo the music in between the karaoke sets. The drinks are awesome, and on the rocks is like your local family Cheers bar where friends come to gather for good entertainment and to enjoy one another's company. All the patrons of on the rocks are very personable and friendly and it is an honor to enjoy such a wonderful neighborhood experience. I give on the Rocks a 5-star rating.
